Christina Houser
Counseling Intern & Family Specialist
I am Christina Houser, a clinical mental health counseling intern with eight years of experience in behavior and psychology. I’ve worked with special-needs and high-energy students in a public school setting and bring a unique perspective shaped by my experiences as a military child, spouse, and caregiver. I focus on supporting clients through PTSD, trauma, depression, grief, and career transitions. My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and focused on practical strategies to help you thrive.
As I continue my internship and pursue licensure, I remain committed to professional growth and lifelong learning. I regularly attend workshops on trauma-informed care, military-adaptive counseling, and emerging therapies in mental health. My ultimate goal is to empower clients to navigate life’s transitions with confidence, restore hope following loss or trauma, and chart fulfilling paths forward in their personal and professional lives.
I look forward to the opportunity to partner with you on your journey toward wellness and wholeness. My door is always open, and I am honored to support you every step of the way.
