Madison Marchant
Executive Director of Therapeutic Services
From an early age in East Tennessee, Carole “Madison” Marchant knew her calling was to help others. Growing up alongside her mother, Carrie Davis Marchant, she watched firsthand as the life-changing curriculum now known as “Moral Kombat” was developed—a foundation that instilled in her a lifelong commitment to advocacy. As a therapist, she hopes to create a safe and welcoming environment for her clients where they can feel free to be themselves. Madison is driven by a dedication to mental health awareness and inclusivity for all people.
Since officially joining Foundations for Life Principles in January 2015, she has held various roles and learned almost every facet of the business. In her most current role, she served as the Director of In-Home Services for over three years. Her leadership was instrumental in the successful launch of FLP’s new Morristown office in 2024, following her impactful tenure.
Academically, Madison is highly qualified, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology from East Tennessee State University (2023) and currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling at Touro University. She is excited and deeply passionate about her new role as the Director of Therapeutic Services, where she continues her tireless work as an advocate for those in need.
