Kathy Gregg

Hi, I’m Kathy, the Executive Administrative Assistant and Executive Assistant to the President here at FLP. I joined the team in July 2025 and bring many years of administrative and customer service experience to my role. I provide direct support to leadership, coordinate scheduling, manage caseloads, and assist in the daily operations of the office. I take pride in helping create an organized, welcoming, and supportive environment for both our staff and clients. Outside of work, I volunteer with The Isaiah’s House, where I love spending time with children and lending a hand wherever I’m needed. I’ve been married to my wonderful husband for 39 years and am the proud mother of two adult sons and six adopted children. Family is the center of my world, and I’m known affectionately as Aunt Kat Kat to those closest to me. My greatest joy comes from helping others and bringing kindness, care, and consistency into everything I do.
