Human Resource Manager
I am the Human Resources Manager, bringing a strong background in communication and a passion for people in my role. I earned my degree in Communication Studies from the University of Virginia’s College at Wise.
I began my career with FLP as the Administrative Assistant, when my dedication and leadership stood out and led me to transition to the role of Human Resources Manager in October of 2023. In my role, I handle a little bit of everything, but my focus is on hiring, employee retention, onboarding processes, and making sure everyone is happy! I ensure that every new team member feels supported from day one.
Beyond work, I am a devoted wife, mom of three, and a dog mom. I love my job, and I consider my co-workers an extension of my family; a reflection of the welcoming and collaborative environment that I help foster every day.
I also love Michigan football!
