Melissa Hall
Executive Director of Sitter Services
Equipped with values and principles that were acquired at a young age, my professional journey of
service began in 1990. My heart’s dedication has always been centered upon identifying and servicing
the needs of others. The wonderful opportunities I have experienced in past years have enabled me to
meet those goals. Today, I remain committed to a career of serving and supporting others.
I’ve gained 11 years of valuable service experience working in the private sector, and 12 years of
experience working in state government. I also have 15 years of experience as a self-proprietor,
operating a business which developed into a useful means to serve the needs of my family. In addition,
I’ve been blessed to start, organize, and implement numerous community outreach programs with the
specific goal of being a blessing to all people.
These total years of experience have provided useful opportunities for me to develop skills in business
management, finance management, and staff supervision. Each unique opportunity has served to
reinforce and deepen my commitment to a life of service.
I have a bachelor’s degree from Milligan University and completed my master’s degree at East
Tennessee State University.
I am loyal, hard-working, compassionate, and very much excited to be a member of this great team at
Foundations for Life Principles. If there’s anything I can do to assist you, please contact me and we will
discuss!
