Executive Director of In-Home Services

I am the Executive Director of In-Home Services at FLP, bringing years of dedication and hands-on experience to my role. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Education, and Social and Behavioral Sciences from East Tennessee State University. I began my career with FLP as a Family Specialist, where my passion for helping families helped me to advance through various roles, including conducting assessments and supporting two different office locations, before stepping into my current role as the Executive Director of In-Home Services in September 2025. In my role, I oversee the management of referrals for our services and ensure that each client is matched with the right Family Specialist to best meet their needs. My initiative is defined by a deep commitment to supporting both my team and the families they serve.
Outside of work, I am a proud wife, mom of two sons, and dog mom to my beloved fur child, Charlie.
